Who is Pattrnz?Pattrnz is a pioneering multi-tenant software-as-a-service solution crafted by Dataverz ApS. Founded in Denmark in 2019, our company's mission is to design and develop information systems that support data-driven decision making. Having worked with notable clients such as the United Nations Development Programme, Novozymes, and the International Energy Agency, we synthesized our experiences to create an easily deployable and cost-effective solution suitable for a broad range of organizations. Since our inception, we've been supported by Startup Denmark, Innofounder, and Accelerace, and we've recently secured venture capital funding from Magical to propel the launch of Pattrnz. Our co-founders, Pedro Parraguez and Nelson Guamán, bring a wealth of experience to the company. Pedro holds a PhD and has conducted postdoctoral research in innovation and technology management at the Division of Engineering Systems at DTU Management Engineering, Denmark, and at MIT, where his work focused on complex networks and artificial intelligence. These experiences have given him deep insights into the challenges of large-scale collaborations and knowledge management—critical elements of Pattrnz's solutions. Additionally, his tenure as the Deputy Director of Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the Catholic University of Chile, coupled with his extensive work in startups and consultancies, underscores his commitment to fostering innovation and entrepreneurship. Nelson, a systems engineer with a robust background in the development of advanced technological solutions, has a career marked by roles ranging from incident response engineering at Intel Security to leadership positions in backend and full-stack development across various Chilean companies. His expertise in cybersecurity, software development, and big data analysis is complemented by a master’s degree in management and technological entrepreneurship, equipping him to lead the creation of sophisticated technological solutions.
