Feeds of project opportunities are ranked according to the internal capabilities that registered participants have to launch them. The pre-installed feeds are just a starting point.

For each project, our solution identifies the most important roles that should be considered in the team. We also evaluate the overall pool of internal capabilities available to fill each role.

Using our capability mapping and matchmaking engine, we identify the people with the greatest fit of capabilities to fill the identified roles. We also generate an evaluation and narrative that clearly explains the criteria under which each person was selected.
